University at Albany, Service Building 'A', Room 103, 1400 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12222

  • A digital copy of the documents are available on CD by submitting a $25 check (Payable to University at Albany) to Camelot Print & Copy Centers, Attn: Bid Department, 630 Columbia Street Extension, Latham, NY 12110.
  • If shipping, an account with a shipping carrier must be provided, or a separate $20 check (Payable to Camelot Print & Copy Centers) must be submitted with the check.
  • When requesting a CD, please include Company Name, Contact Name, Phone Number, Email, and Address. All those that obtain the documents this way will be registered as a plan holder using this information.
  • Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $25 (Twenty-five dollars), made payable to the University at Albany of New York, is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are non-refundable.
